My Story

Hi, my name is Coach Bri and I’m the founder of Bri Fitness, over the last past year, I was feed up been over weight. So I decided I would do something about it. I encourage myself to get motivated and hold myself accountable to lose the weight by choose the right food and exercise 5 days a week. I now want to empower you , motivate you and hold you accountable on your weight journal.
